Electrical capacity and safety, planned with the whole project
Remodels and additions add load: new appliance circuits, recessed and under-cabinet lighting, HVAC, and sometimes an EV charger. Older panels often need upgrades to handle it. Because our electrical crews are in-house, circuits and lighting are planned with the design rather than squeezed in afterward, and everything is permitted and inspected.
