Enzo Build is a design-build and mechanical contractor serving Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. We were founded on a simple frustration: remodeling projects fail in the handoffs — between the designer, the GC, the plumber, the electrician. So we removed the handoffs.
Design, construction, HVAC, plumbing, gas, and electrical all live under one roof, with one project manager accountable to you. We file our own permits, schedule our own inspections, and put our warranty in writing.
Licensed, bonded, and insured. Residential and commercial. Based in the DC metro.

From Walkthrough to Walkthrough
A real sequence — each step has to finish before the next begins. That’s why it’s numbered.
Discovery Call
A 15-minute call to understand your project, timeline, and budget range — and whether we’re the right fit.
In-Home Consultation
We walk the space with you, measure, and talk scope, options, and constraints. Free, no pressure.
Design
Drawings, 3D concepts, and material selections that match your budget — revised until you love it.
Budget Approval
A line-item proposal with a fixed schedule. You sign off on the exact scope and price before anything starts.
Permits
We prepare, file, and track permits with your county or DC — and schedule every required inspection.
Construction
Our own remodeling and MEP crews run the job. One project lead, weekly written updates, a clean site every night.
Final Walkthrough
Inspections pass, the punch list closes, and you do the last walkthrough. Warranty in writing.

Building, trade, and zoning permits, plan review responses, and inspections across Northern Virginia.
Montgomery County
Residential and commercial permitting through DPS, including additions, basements, and MEP trade permits.
Prince George’s County
DPIE permitting and inspections handled end to end — including use-and-occupancy requirements.
Washington, DC
DOB filings, plan review, and inspection scheduling for renovations, build-outs, and system upgrades.
