Kitchen Remodeling in DC, Maryland & Virginia
From layout and cabinetry to the plumbing, gas, and electrical behind the walls, Enzo Build designs and builds complete kitchen remodels with one accountable team — no subcontractor handoffs, real permits, and a finish we stand behind.
A kitchen remodel is a mechanical project, not just a cosmetic one
Most kitchen renovations touch every trade at once. Moving a sink or island means new plumbing runs. A larger range often needs a gas line and a dedicated circuit. Recessed lighting, under-cabinet lighting, and appliance circuits all run through the electrical panel. When those trades are subcontracted separately, the schedule slips and no one owns the result. Because our HVAC, plumbing, gas, and electrical crews are in-house, we coordinate all of it under one plan and one point of contact.
What our kitchen remodels include
- Design and layout — space planning, cabinetry, counters, and finishes
- Full demolition and haul-away
- Plumbing — sink, dishwasher, pot-filler, and fixture relocations
- Gas — range and cooktop lines, permitted and inspected
- Electrical — appliance circuits, lighting plans, and panel upgrades when needed
- HVAC adjustments for new layouts and ventilation
- Cabinetry, countertop, backsplash, and flooring installation
- Permit filing and inspection coordination from start to finish

How the process works
We start with an on-site consultation to understand how you use the space and what you want to change. From there we develop a design and a detailed, line-item scope so you know exactly what is included. Once approved, our own crews handle demolition through final inspection, with written change orders before any added work and weekly progress updates with photos.
Kitchen remodeling FAQs
Do you handle permits for kitchen remodels?
Yes. We file and manage all required permits and coordinate inspections with your county or municipality across DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.
Can you move my sink, range, or island?
Yes. Because plumbing, gas, and electrical are in-house, relocating fixtures and appliances is coordinated within the same schedule rather than handed to outside subcontractors.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Most kitchen remodels run several weeks depending on scope, structural changes, and material lead times. We give you a schedule with your proposal.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes — we provide a free on-site estimate with a line-item proposal. Book an appointment to get started.
